serial #16543E, 357 Magnum, 2 1/2'' full lug ventilated rib barrel with an excellent bore. This lovely little ''snubby'' remains in grand condition. The metal surfaces retain about 99% plus original royal blue finish with a faint turn ring on the cylinder. The un-numbered fully checkered walnut factory service grips with gold Rampant Colt medallions rate excellent. The revolver features the standard serrated ramp front sight, black blade Accro rear sight, target hammer and service trigger. Included is the original woodgrain box with Styrofoam insert that is correctly end labeled and numbered to the gun, manual, ''Handling the Handgun'' pamphlet, hangtag and other paperwork. The box rates about good to very good with one dust flap missing, scuffs, tearing by the end flaps and a few pieces of tape on the label end. A factory letter dated August 21, 2017, is provided and shows this gun was shipped as described above on January 27, 1976, to J.T. Lloyd Company of 620 South Markham St., Little Rock, Arkansas. This was the only gun in that shipment. This gun appears to have seen little if any use since the Bicentennial and remains a solid investment. (88940-10) {MODERN} (3000/5000) Sold For 3335.00
