German P.38 Pistol by Walther ("AC/41" Code)

serial #2155g, 9mm, 5" barrel with an excellent, bright bore.  This is a 2nd variation pistol which does not have the "ac" stamp on the trigger guard and has matching numbers on the frame, barrel, slide, and locking block.  The metal retains about 95% plus of the original high polish blue finish with just some very mild silvering at the muzzle and along a few of the projecting edges, most noticeably at the forward portion of the slide.  The dark brown resin grips are in excellent shape and exhibit only a single very small chip on the back.  A single, unmarked magazine is included.  This is a fine high polish P.38 which has survived the years very well.  (2305-3)  {C&R} (1500/2000) SOLD FOR $1380.00
