Winchester Model 1895 Saddle Ring Carbine

serial #424045, 30 Army, 22" barrel with a bright excellent bore. This is a really nice high condition carbine.  The barrel retains about 97% original blue finish.  The receiver on this 1930 manufactured carbine retains 90-92% original blue finish with a few scattered specks of oxidation and the balance bearing a grayish brown patina.  The barrel band and buttplate show a grayish brown patina with perhaps 20% original blue remaining on the buttplate.  The straight grip walnut buttstock, forend, and handguard rate near excellent with a few light dings.  One screw head on the left side of the receiver is slightly misshapen.  Includes cleaning implements behind the buttplate trapdoor.  (2261-9) {C&R} [Tom Feist Collection]  (3000/4000) SOLD FOR $3450.00
