Winchester Model 1873 Third Model Musket
serial #570955B, 44-40 WCF, 30" round barrel with full magazine and a bright excellent bore. This rifle remains in very fine condition. The barrel and magazine retain 95% original blue finish. The action retains about 70% bright original blue with the balance flaked and bearing a pleasing smooth brown patina. Case color on hammer and lever remains strong. The plain walnut buttstock and full-length forend rate excellent with virtually all of their original finish and just a few light handling marks. Original military style sights are present.
