serial #2050, 16 ga. 2 1/2" over 6.5 x 52mm, 27" barrels have bright excellent bores and are date coded "636". This is a nice quality guild gun which features nice simple scroll engraving on action. The solid rib barrels features a nice beaded front sight which doubles nicely as a shotgun or rifle sight along with a folding rear rifle sight. The barrels retain 98% very nice quality reblued finish. There are some small patches of heavy pitting along edges of forearm which are not visible when forearm is on. The action retains about 90% original strong color to start and finish. The under lever spring mounted in belly of action may be an old replacement, it functions fine. Gun is equipped with a greener side safety and single set front trigger. The checkered pistol grip walnut buttstock and forend rate near excellent with sharp checkering, a nice flat shadowline cheekpiece and a 14 1/8" length of pull. Overall a good quality combination guild gun. (2454-2) {C&R} (1000/1500) SOLD FOR $920.00
