10. Winchester Pre-War Model 70 Bolt Action Rifle
serial #26094, 30-06, 24" barrel with a bright excellent bore. Metal surfaces retain about 99% plus original blue. The checkered walnut classic style stock rates excellent with only a small handful of very minor handling marks. Gun features its original hooded ramp bead front sight and has been period fitted with a Lyman #48 WJS receiver sight. The rear sight boss has been fitted with a dovetail slot blank; the original Winchester rear sight and the receiver filler screws are included in the Lyman receiver sight box.
