serial #4201130, 30 Carbine, 18" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This non-import carbine has mixed early and late parts with a "BUFFALO ARMS/12-1943" dated barrel, "AOB" marked early slide, "ROCK-OLA" flat-top bolt, ".U." stamped triggergroup and magazine release, milled adjustable rear sight, and an "H.T." marked rotary safety. The metal has 75-80% of the original parkerizing remaining with the balance turned a dull gray color on the barrel and some silvering on the exposed edges, bearing surfaces, and operating handle raceway. The two rivet handguard and low wood stock has a lovely added military oil finish over still crisp ordnance wheel and "SG" cartouches with scattered minor handling marks here and there. The carbine comes with a single 15 round magazine, o.d. canvas sling, and metal oiler. This is a fine post-war refurbished carbine overall with desirable components.
