1908. Sharps Model 2A Pepperbox Deringer

serial #20385, 30 RF, 3" four-barrel cluster with good bores that show scattered oxidation and pitting but evident rifling. The barrel surfaces are an overall brown patina with traces of original blue, scattered freckling and oxidation staining. The brass frame is a mottled yellow patina that shows flaking throughout, some scattered freckling and oxidation staining. The gutta-perca grips rate very good with some chipping on the bottom of right panel and a few scattered dings. The hammer appears to function well and the pistol is marked "C. SHARPS & CO.PHILADA. PA" on both sides of frame. A very good example of these Sharps Deringer style pistols. (208160-10)_ {ANTIQUE} (400/600) SOLD FOR $431.25
