44. Early Winchester Model 1894 Lever Action Rifle

serial #3681, 32-40, 26" octagon barrel with a very good bore that shows some scattered frosting and a few light pits. The lever and hammer are a dull gray patina with traces of their original case colors and a few spots of oxidation staining. The frame retains 85% original blue with scattered flaking to brown and some small spots of light oxidation. The barrel, nosecap and magazine tube retain 90% original blue with a patch of pinprick pitting on the left side at front, a few spots of oxidation staining and scattered flaking to brown. The walnut stock rates very good with a couple moderate bruises on the right rear of forend, scattered dings and handling marks.
