serial #734s, 9mm, 4" barrel with an about very good bore showing some light oxidation and strong rifling throughout. The metal surfaces of this 1939-dated pistol retain about 98% older professionally reapplied blue with some light high edge wear, a few small freckles and handling marks. Despite the newer finish most of the markings are still quite crisp with just a little softening at some of the high edges and inspector marks. The safety tab has been blued and all serialized parts are matching including the grooved firing pin. The checkered walnut grips are un-numbered and remain in about very good condition with a few lightly chipped and moderately compressed points along with some further light handling marks. This pistol includes one blue-bodied aluminum base magazine numbered 6027o with a "+" and crisp "(Eagle) / 63" along with a couple minor dings on the spine and base. Overall a nicely refinished Luger that would probably be a fine shooter. (138578-20) {C&R} (700/900) SOLD FOR $1,265.00
