serial #1434, .22 RF, 6 1/2" rifled barrel with a 29 1/4" shaft, chamber to muzzle. The small profile curved gutta-percha handle rates very good plus to excellent with only very light handling marks and being un-cracked. The German silver ferrule rates very good plus as well, as does the body of the action mechanism, only a faint remnant of the factory marking is evident near the joint. The entire body of the cane shaft rates very good to very good plus, again with the minor handling marks and abrasions one would expect from the years; there is one small 6" section where they're a bit more moderate but still unobtrusive. The grooved metal ferrule tip features the arms serial number but no other markings, it is a pleasing plum and brown patina. The arm seems to function as-design and has a very pleasing overall look.
