serial #S241477, 41 Magnum, 6'' pinned barrel with an excellent bore. This lovely mid 1960's-made revolver remains in wonderful condition with about 99% original finish showing very light high edge wear, a few light scratches and a rotation ring on the recessed cylinder. The .500'' target hammer and .500'' target trigger retain bold case-hardened colors with light operational wear. The diamond checkered rosewood factory target grips with silver S&W medallions rate near excellent with a few light dents and other handling marks. The timing needs attention but should be a fairly easy fix for any competent revolversmith. The revolver features a red ramp front sight and white outline micro adjustable rear sight. Included are a factory mahogany presentation case with blue velvet lining that rates excellent, a knurled steel-handled sight adjustment tool (screwdriver), cleaning rod, bore brush, bore mop and manual. The screwdriver shows moderate wear the edges having been lightly ground to reduce the width. A lovely 41 magnum that needs a little T.L.C. that should easily restore its former glory.
