serial #3621C, 9mm Steyr, 5'' barrel with a bright near excellent bore showing just some spots of light frosting. The metal surfaces of this pistol retain about 90% original blue showing some high edge wear, gripstraps and top of the slide toning to gray patina, a few small dings and a couple spots of light pinprick pitting mostly along the top of the slide. The trigger, safety and hammer are mostly bright showing some mild toning to gray patina and scattered freckling. The checkered hardwood grips remain in good overall condition showing moderate smoothing throughout, light staining, dings and are just a little loosely fitted. The left side of the slide is stamped with a crisp Chilean crest along with ''STEYR 1912'' and ''MOD.1911'' and the right side is nicely marked ''EJERCITO DE CHILE''. There is a very discreet import mark on the bottom of the grip, the slide, barrel and magazine assembly are matching the frame, a reproduction holster is included and the pistol seems to function well mechanically.
