serial #5110671, 30 Carbine, 18'' 4-44 dated Underwood barrel with a very good bore that shows frosting and light pitting. The metal surfaces show an arsenal parkerized finish that is fading to gray. The walnut stock rates good with an armory oil finish, a couple white paint Korean markings, a white paint rack number ''149'' on the underside of pistolgrip, overall dings and handling marks. The magazine well is proud of the wood, the parts appear to be mixed and there is a small Arlington ordnance import marking on the barrel. This carbine includes its Arlington ordnance box correctly end-labeled to the gun, a GI style sling, oiler, Arlington ordnance paperwork a manual and a 15-round magazine marked ''E-SG'' for Saginaw. A good entry level USGI M1 Carbine. (209049-16) {C&R} (600/800) Sold For 920.00
