Sale No. 125 Pick Up Procedures

Invoices will be emailed to all successful bidders by end of day Tuesday March 31, 2020.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we want to make everyone aware of some temporary changes we have made to our normal payment and delivery policies.  


PAYMENT:

In an attempt to limit our staff’s potential exposure to COVID-19 through the handling of cash, mail and payments…  

We are asking all customers with an invoice under $10,000 to please pay online with your credit or debit card.

You may also call the office and give the number over the phone.  The buyer’s premium for all payments under $10,000 whether by cash, check or credit card will be 15%.  Well-intentioned customers wishing to “save us money” should instead think about “protecting our staff”.   If your invoice is $10,000 or above this discount does not apply to you.

For invoices above $10,000: The buyer’s premium is 17.5% if you pay by credit card and 15% if you pay by cash, check or wire transfer. Please call the office if you want to pay by credit card.

PROXIBID BIDDERS

Please note that there is a 3% fee added for the use of the third-party bidding platform. We need all Proxibid bidders to follow payment instructions above as we do not have access to the credit card information you have on file with Proxibid.


DELIVERY / PICK UP INFORMATION

Appointments are required for pick-up.
ANYONE WHO ARRIVES AT OUR OFFICE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT WILL BE TURNED AWAY

No customers will be allowed into our building
Pick-ups will take place at our loading dock

NEW HAMPSHIRE RESIDENTS

  • If you are a New Hampshire resident you may pick up any of your items after making an appointment.  If you require a 4473, they will be completed at the loading dock.  Customers will be required to sanitize their hands and wear gloves to fill-out the form, you will be given a brand-new pen to use which you are encouraged to take with you when you are finished.  The table will be sanitized between each customer.  You will be asked to wait in your vehicle and we will call you when you background check has been approved.  If you wish to leave, we will call you when you are approved and at that time you can let us know when you will be back to take delivery.

NON-RESIDENTS

  • If your item(s) can be legally shipped directly to you, we will ship it to you.  We will keep our billing as tight as possible on freight.
  • If you purchased a firearm that needs a 4473, we will ship to a dealer in your state or hold it until stay-at-home orders are lifted.
  • If dealers in your state are shut down, we ask you to wait until they are open or travel restrictions have been lifted.

FFL DEALERS

  • You may make payment and schedule a pickup appointment.

SHIPPING

We are expecting things to get a little backed up here as we work to prepare and process shipments to our customers, while keeping our staff safe.  We have a higher than normal volume of shipping due to the circumstances.  Rest assured we are working hard to get all orders out the door in the most expeditious manner possible.  All customers will receive a tracking email upon shipment of their package(s).  We understand that dealers in your state may be closed, we are happy to safely store your merchandise until they re-open.

We would like to thank all of our customers and consignors for making this such a successful sale.  We ran with no live audience and managed to have the largest number of registered bidders ever participate in an auction.  We have received numerous positive comments about the live feed and the auction in general.

Again, we say thank you and ask for you all to remain vigilant.  Please comply with stay-at-home orders so we can slow the spread and lessen the effects of this virus and all get back to our normal lives as soon as possible.  If you aren’t part of the solution, you are likely part of the problem.
